Phil Carter is an award-winning photographer and cinematographer based in Los Angeles. He received his BA in Community Studies with a concentration in documentary photography from the University of California Santa Cruz, and an MFA in Cinematography from UCLA. His specializes in photojournalism and commercial aerial photography.
